Data controller
Luca Forti, trading as STR0NG · VAT no. 12676910016 · Torino, Italy · info@racetemp0.com
What data we process
The data you write in the «Request a demo» form: track name, town, full name, email (required); decoder in use, phone and message, if you write them. Also: the page and language you write from, date and time of the request and the controller's working notes on the request (status, outcome, notes). The site uses no cookies. The provider hosting the site processes the IP address and the technical data of the request to deliver the pages; when you send the form, the provider hosting the automation service receives them too.
Why and on what basis
To reply to you and organise the call and demo you ask for: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without name, email, track name and town we cannot reply. IP address and technical data processed by the providers to deliver the pages and receive the form: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
For how long
The request is kept for 24 months from the last contact; then the controller deletes it by hand from the sheet and the mailbox. For the IP address and technical data, the providers' periods below apply.
Where the data goes
The request passes through the n8n automation service, hosted by PikaPods; n8n does not save the requests' data. It reaches a Google sheet and an email in the controller's Gmail mailbox, on the Google Workspace service.
Providers that process the data
Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, United States): publication of the site; metadata and logs in the United States and Europe, kept for a limited period that the provider does not state; EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses if that lapses. PikaPods (Peakford Ltd, Malta): hosts the n8n instance that receives the form, in its EU region, on Hetzner Online GmbH servers in Germany or Finland (European Economic Area, per the agreement's list of subprocessors); it processes the data on our behalf under an Art. 28 GDPR agreement in force since 6 November 2026; it does not state how long it keeps access logs. Google (Gmail and Google Sheets, Google Workspace service): keeps the requests in the controller's sheet and mailbox; the service's data region is set to «Europe», which for Google covers only the stored data of Gmail and Sheets; Google does not state how long the data takes to move there. Google may process the data outside the European Union, including in the United States, in particular while in use and for logs and temporary copies; Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the controller; complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
